Dr. Ogunmola. is quintessence personified an innately refined gentleman, a man of class, a pure embodiment of a life-long cherished value. He is a man who never asks you what you can do for him.
A man who exercises the initiative every time on what he should do for the people, and his country home. And he proceeds to act as at great physical and financial cost.

Inspite of his tight scheduled duty when he was the Resident Electoral Commissioner for Lagos State and the hurly- burly of the Centre of Excellence, sleeping in his home town on any day was always his genuine restful experience.
A man of conscience who is guided by a strong internal moral compass that prioritizes ethical integrity over personal convenience or public approval
Dr. Adekunle Ogunmola does what is right even when no one is watching, holding himself accountable to his internal standards rather than just societal rules. He considers the rights, feelings, and well-being of others, recognizing how his actions impact the people around him. He regularly examines his own motives and behaviour, and he willingly admits mistakes or seeks forgiveness when he falls short.
The amiable and unassuming gentle man stands up for his principles during difficult or unpopular situations, choosing the weight of a clear conscience over easy compromise, just as he owns the consequences of his actions and follows through on his commitments to others with sincerity.
