A seasoned journalist and staunch supporter of Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji (BAO) in Ekiti State, Comr. Olawale Ezekiel Ogunyebi, on Sunday, April 19, 2026, hosted the executives and key stakeholders of APC Isinbode Ward in a warm and engaging meeting aimed at strengthening unity and consolidating support within the party.
Speaking during the meeting, Comr. Olawale expressed deep appreciation to party leaders, ward executives, and stakeholders for their unwavering commitment and steadfast support for Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji (BAO). He noted that the Governor’s leadership continues to drive meaningful development across Ekiti State.
Comr. Ogunyebi, who serves as the Special Assistant on Media to Ikere-Ekiti-born philanthropist, Harrison Olaniyi Alonge (HOA), also commended members for their collective efforts in rallying behind the party’s Councillorship candidate, Hon. Oluwasola Festus Ogunyebi. He emphasized that their dedication, loyalty, and grassroots mobilization are critical to the continued success of the APC at the ward level.
In his remarks, the Chairman of Isinbode Ward, Mr. Johnson Ilesanmi, appreciated Comr. Ogunyebi for the thoughtful reception and goodwill extended to the leadership of the APC in Isinbode-Ekiti.
Also speaking, the South Senatorial Chairman of APC in Ekiti State, High Chief Akinbobola Akindele, commended Comr. Olawale Ezekiel for his sustained mobilization efforts in support of Governor BAO ahead of the June 20 governorship election. He further advised the incoming Councillor, Hon. Oluwasola Ogunyebi, to remain loyal and uphold integrity in public service.
Comr. Olawale reiterated the importance of unity, cooperation, and sustained engagement among party faithful, urging all members to remain focused and committed to the shared vision of progress and good governance. He also supported the ward with cash donations to encourage regular meetings and effective mobilization ahead of the forthcoming governorship election.
