The Director-General of the Oyo State Investment and Public-Private Partnership Agency (OYSIPA), Mr. Folami Olatilewa has felicitated Muslim faithful across Oyo State on the occasion of the Eid-el-Kabir celebration, urging them to uphold and sustain the lessons of sacrifice, obedience, love, tolerance, and peaceful coexistence associated with the sacred festival.

In a statement made available to journalists on Wednesday, Mr. Folami congratulated Muslims for witnessing another Eid-el-Kabir celebration, describing the festival as a season of sobber reflection, devotion, and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah, as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim.

He urged Muslim faithfuls to continue demonstrating compassion, generosity, and unity in their relationships with others, stressing that the teachings and values of Eid-el-Kabir should extend beyond the celebration and remain part of their daily lives.
The OYSIPA Director-General also commended the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde for its investment-friendly policies and strategic initiatives aimed at attracting local and foreign investors to Oyo State.
According to him, the governor’s visionary leadership, coupled with deliberate infrastructural development and economic reforms, has continued to boost investors’ confidence and position Oyo State as one of the leading investment destinations in Nigeria.
Mr. Folami noted that the present administration’s commitment to creating a conducive business environment would further stimulate economic growth, generate employment opportunities, and improve the living standard of residents across the state.
He therefore called on residents to continue supporting the Makinde-led administration in its efforts to strengthen the state’s economy and deliver more dividends of democracy to the people.
Mr. Folami also wished Muslims in Oyo State and across Nigeria a peaceful, joyful, and memorable Eid-el-Kabir celebration, praying for continued peace, unity, progress, and prosperity in the state and the nation at large.
