The Okanlomo Oodua Worldwide and Gbonka Olubadan of Ibadanland, Chief Engr. Jubril Dotun Sanusi, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Olori (Alhaja) Basirat Olaide Ajibola, the Aare Onibon Iyalode of Ibadanland and beloved wife of the Balogun of Ibadanland, Oba Tajudeen Abimbola Ajibola.

Sanusi, in a condolence message, extended his heartfelt sympathies to the Balogun of Ibadanland and the Egbe Iyalode of Ibadanland over the painful loss, describing the moment as a difficult period for the bereaved family.
The renowned businessman and philanthropist said his thoughts and prayers were with Oba Ajibola and the entire family as they mourned the departed Olori.
He prayed that Almighty Allah would grant the Balogun the strength, patience and comfort needed to bear the loss, while also providing divine solace to all those affected by the sad development.
Sanusi further prayed for the forgiveness of the deceased’s shortcomings, the acceptance of her good deeds and the granting of eternal rest to her soul in Aljanah Firdaus.
“May Allah comfort the family and grant the departed soul eternal peace,” he prayed.
The Okanlomo Oodua reaffirmed his sympathy with the Balogun of Ibadanland, the Egbe Iyalode and the entire bereaved family, asking Almighty Allah to grant them the fortitude to overcome the painful loss.
He also prayed that the Almighty would receive the deceased into Aljanah Firdaus and grant lasting peace to her soul.
