The Aare Musulumi of Adamasingba and Environs in Ibadan the Oyo State Capital, Dr. Raymond Adeyinka Adewale has congratulated the Olubadan of Ibadan land, Oba (Dr) Lekan Balogun Alli Okunmade II on the occasion of his 81st birthday, saying the monarch is a model and epitome of humanity.
Dr Adewale, who is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Aryfad Travels and Tours Limited, Ibadan noted that the ancient city has continued to witness and record supreme peace, progress and tremendous development since the monarch ascended the throne as Olubadan adding that his impact and contributions to development of Ibadan city has reshaped and added to the prestige of the ancient city.
“I, Dr. Raymond Adeyinka Adewale on behalf of the good people of Ibadan and Oyo state congratulate out father, the Olubadan of Ibadan land Oba Dr. Lekan Balogun, Alli Okunmade II on the occasion of his 81st birthday celebration. I celebrate you sir for your immense impact and great contributions to the progress of Ibadan and Oyo state.
“You are indeed a patriot and politician with a difference, whose efforts and support towards the success of Ibadan are notable, Ki Ade ki o pe lori,Ki Bata ko pe lese, ki esin Oba ki o je oko pe pe pe.
“I celebrate your life of service to humanity and recognize your contributions to the growth and progress of Ibadan land and our dear State, as a Patriot, Elder State man and a business mogul
“It is my prayer that God preserves you and sustain your leadership and fatherly roles so you can be of greater service to humanity. Remain blessed Sir, our imperial majesty as you continue to motivate us on exemplary and credible leadership. Ameen.
Dr Adewale then called on the people of the ancient city to continue to celebrate the Olubadan for the tremendous and fatherly roles he been playing since he ascended the throne.
