Joy, Celebration As Pastor Owoseni, Wife Offer Thanksgiving Over Daughter’s Wedding Success In GPM

 It was an atmosphere of heartfelt praise and gratitude as Pastor Bayo Owoseni and his wife, Pastor (Mrs.) Bukola Owoseni led a thanksgiving service to celebrate the successful wedding of their daughter, Tobi and Femi their son in-law following a grand ceremony held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at the prestigious Manhattan Event Centre, Jericho, Ibadan, Oyo State.

The thanksgiving service took place amid. February 22nd, 2026 Sunday Service at the Gethsemane Chapel of Life, Eleyele, Ibadan, where family members, friends, church leaders, and well-wishers gathered to return all glory to God for the smooth and joyous celebration.

The wedding ceremony, which coincided with Valentine’s Day, drew dignitaries from within and outside Oyo State. The Manhattan Event Centre was beautifully adorned for the occasion, hosting a colorful blend of solemn vows, vibrant music, and lively reception festivities. Guests described the event as elegant, well-organized, and spirit-filled.

Speaking during the thanksgiving service, Pastor (Mrs) Owoseni expressed profound gratitude to God for His faithfulness over his family. She noted that the success of the wedding was a testament to divine grace, careful planning, and the overwhelming support of loved ones.

She also expressed the family’s gratitude to the General Overseer of the Ministry, Rev’d (Dr.) Moses Aransiola and his wife Pastor (Mrs) Funmilayo Aransiola for their support and love which contributed to the success of the occasion.

“We return all the glory to God Almighty who made everything beautiful in His time. From the planning stages to the wedding day itself, the Lord showed Himself faithful,” she said.

Pastor (Mrs.) Owoseni, visibly elated, also thanked members of the church and the wider pastorate for their prayers, generosity, and presence throughout the celebrations. She encouraged parents to continually commit their children’s futures into God’s hands.

The thanksgiving service featured spirited worship sessions, special musical renditions by the church choir, and testimonies highlighting God’s goodness. Prayers were offered for the newlyweds, asking for a home built on love, unity, and enduring faith.

Members of the congregation described the thanksgiving as uplifting and inspiring, noting that it served not only as a celebration of a successful wedding but also as a reminder of the importance of gratitude.
