The President, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Chief Wilfred Madu has praised the courage of the new Ezendigbo of Ibadan and Oyo state, Eze Achinike Jawachi for accepting to be the cultural leader of Ndigbo in Oyo state even as he predicted that his reign would be a very successful one.
Chief Madu who is equally the Chairman of Aniocha/ Njikoka local government towns union meeting in Ibadan as well as the Chairman Igbo Traders in Ekotedo Iyaolobe in Ibadan explained that he would praise the courage of Eze Jawachi because of his humility and integrity as well as his desire to work for the unity and progress of Ndigbo in Ibadan and Oyo state.
He noted that the new Ezendigbo is a man of integrity and of impeccable character whom he has observed for quite some due to his charisma and desire for the unity and progress of the entire Ndigbo in Oyo state.
Chief Madu posited that he would praise him for equally accepting to work for the unity and peace and progress of Ndigbo bearing in mind that the task is Herculean stressing that he foresees him having a successful reign at the end of the day.
He however advised disgruntled elements among Ndigbo to support the new Ezendigbo, Eze Jawachi pointing out that he emerged from the Igbo Community Development Association (ICDA)/ Ohanaeze Ndigbo of Oyo state due process which has the fundamental right to select a new cultural leader of Ndigbo in Oyo state.
The President of Ohanaeze Youth emphasized that all hands should be on deck in support of the new Ezendigbo adding Ohanaeze Youth in Ibadan and Oyo state are fully behind him because he is the authentic Ezendigbo in Ibadan and Oyo state.
