Chairman of Isu/Okoma town Union meeting Jerry Uzor has cautioned President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to thread softly with political parties in Nigeria by allowing them a level playing field instead of stifling them.Speaking in Ibadan, Uzor explained that President Tinubu is the cause of the situation in the country by his non performance economical and others wises noting that if he had done well,his work and antecedent would be speaking for him thus dissuading his opponents from even having the guts to challenge him.He observed that the gang up or the clarion call against him would not have come in the first place if he had done well.The Chairman explained that the is an extent he would muzzled the position to that he can no more control them because they have been pushed to the wall and have no other choice than to gather together and face him when they know that they are better dead than be alive and be suffering.He said that the idea of using all government agencies against his opponents will boomerang at the end of the day stressing that it is better to allow them a level playing field by letting them exist and contest for election.“Tinubu is playing dirty by using police, army, INEC and other government agencies against all political parties adding that it will come to time Nigerians will not be able take the issue insecurity and the bad economy any more” Uzor stated.“ I am a business man and the bank have asked me to come and take loan which they know I would pay back because of my name which is credible but how much profit shall I make since the economic climate is not clement, however the bank is sure that it will get back their money because it is like making me work for them” he said.“ I have spent #4m to do solar electricity because their is no electricity and even security of life and properties and yet government is not bothered because it is only interested in politics and not good governance “ he pointed out.“ Nigerians are not asking for too much but for stable electricity, provision of healthcare facilities , motor-able roads and security, then everything will be fine and there won’t be call for the replacement of the President but unfortunately, he has not performed, and that is the reason all his opponents are willing to contest against him because they know they will beat him in a fair election due to his non performance in office” Uzor posited.
