Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State is gathered may likely be contesting for the office of the President in the 2027 general elections.
This information is according to a report by Sahara Reporters.
Sahara Reporters also disclosed that a WhatsApp group has been established to promote the governor’s potential presidential bid in 2027.
The group, which currently boasts of 467 members, includes prominent individuals such as Olajide Odidiomo, a member of the House of Representatives representing Ibadan Northwest/Southwest, the medium added.
