The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Oyo State, Senator Sharafadeen Alli, has donated a Toyota Camry car to the Principal of Community High School, Esiele, in Oriire Local Government Area, Mrs. Rachael Alamu.
The donation followed the recent abduction of pupils, teachers and other school personnel in the community, an incident that drew widespread concern across the state.
Presenting the vehicle, Senator Alli said the gesture was in recognition of Mrs. Alamu’s resilience, courage and unwavering commitment to the education of her students despite the traumatic experience.
He noted that the donation also reflects his solidarity with the victims of the abduction and his continued commitment to supporting teachers, students and the education sector in Oyo State.
Mrs. Alamu expressed appreciation for the donation, describing it as a thoughtful gesture that would encourage her to remain steadfast in the discharge of her duties.
The presentation further highlights Senator Alli’s support for communities affected by insecurity and his commitment to promoting the welfare of educators across the state.
