The three communities constituting Odo Ode in Ilasa-Ekiti—Uro, Iregun and Isolo—have pledged their support for Barr. Tajudeen Olutope Ahmed (TOA), the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Ekiti East Constituency II in the forthcoming Ekiti State House of Assembly election.
The assurances were given on Saturday, 31 October 2026, when TOA and his entourage visited the communities as part of his ongoing consultations and campaign activities, paying courtesy calls on Ukoju Uro, Ukoju Iregun and Ukoju Isolo.
At Uro, the delegation received a warm welcome from residents under the leadership of High Chief Akinwale, the Sarede of Uro, and Chief Bamitale Oduola, the Olomoduro of Uro, who also serves as the Eleebi of the community.
At Iregun, residents turned out in large numbers to receive TOA and his team under the leadership of High Chief Bayo Arowofila, the Obaaro of Isalu, and High Chief Femi Daramola, the Alaaye of Ayetoro community.
The visit to Isolo also attracted an enthusiastic crowd, led by Chief Ebenezer Jimoh Ibunkun, the Eleekan of Isolo.
Across the three communities, leaders and residents assured TOA of their wholehearted support and expressed confidence in his victory at the forthcoming election.
The visits were marked by celebration, fanfare, dancing and pageantry, reflecting the warm reception accorded TOA and his entourage throughout Odo Ode.
