A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State and Advocate of good governance, Harrison Olaniyi Alonge(HOA), has congratulated the Governor of Ekiti State,His Excellency, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, following his endorsement by leaders of the party in the South-West region.
In a statement issued through his Media Aide, Comrade Olawale Ezekiel, and made available to journalists in Lagos, Alonge described the endorsement as a well-deserved recognition of Governor Oyebanji’s outstanding performance, exemplary leadership style, and unwavering commitment to grassroots development across Ekiti State.
He noted that the governor’s inclusive approach to governance, coupled with his loyalty to party ideals, has significantly strengthened unity within the APC at the state, regional, and national levels.
The Chief Executive Officer of the Harrison Alonge Foundation (HAF) further emphasized that the backing of South-West APC leaders, coming shortly after the conclusion of the party’s regional congress, reflects growing confidence in Oyebanji’s capacity to consolidate on ongoing developmental strides and sustain the party’s dominance ahead of the Ekiti State governorship election scheduled for June 20, 2026.
According to him, the endorsement sends a strong signal of cohesion within the party and strategically positions the APC for continued electoral success in Ekiti State. He therefore urged party members and supporters to remain united and committed to the administration’s vision.
Alonge also reaffirmed his unwavering support for Governor Oyebanji, expressing optimism that the governor will continue to deliver impactful governance and justify the confidence reposed in him by party stakeholders.
