The Bada Olubadan of Ibadanland, Chief (Engr) Jubril Dotun Sanusi has lauded the historic visit of the Olubadan of Ibadan land, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja to the presidency.
Chief Dotun Sanusi in a statement said the Olubadan who is the Chairman of Oyo Council of Obas has without delay demonstrated his capacity and capability to lead the traditional institution with dignity and honour .
“The visit has epitomized wisdom and exemplary leadership with teaching in gratitude, as revealed by Kabiyesi,that he was amongst other reasons, at the office of the president to show physical appreciation for his attendance of his coronation ceremony.
“It is also worthy of note that the reverted monarch ,was at the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation SGF,where issues of assistance ,towards solving ecological problems in parts affected in Oyo state.
Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja led a team of powerful Indigenes to advance various positive causes in Oyo state with a clear demonstration of his genuineness to impact the traditional institution in the state.”
Chief Dotun Sanusi therefore commended the 44th Olubadan, over his stride, courage and patriotism to move the state to greater heights.
The Bada Olubadan therefore enjoined all Ibadan sons and daughters to constantly engage in prayers for good health and more wisdom for His Imperial Majesty,Oba Rashidi Ladoja on the throne.
