The Methodist Church, Bodija, Ibadan, has concluded plans to present it’s annual Festival of Songs and Community Hymn whiçh will come up on Thursday, September 25 2025, at the church auditorium, Bodija, Ibadan, at 4:00 pm.
The special evening of worship according to a release by Sir Taiwo Omotunde, KCW Choirmaster, will bring together the congregation and the wider community in a celebration of hymns, choir ministrations, and heartfelt prayers.
He said the programme will focus on intercession for the Church, the nation, families, healing, and divine breakthroughs.
Highlights of the event according to him, include, inspiring hymns and choir performances, Moments of united prayer and worship, spirit-filled atmosphere of renewal and encouragement and to ensure the convenience of all participants, adding that free transport will be provided after the programme to convey attendees back home.
Speaking ahead of the event, the Presbyter of Methodist Church, Bodija, Very Rev. Davidson Olumide Aluko, said: “This Festival of Songs is more than music — it is an opportunity for the community to come together in praise and prayer, lifting our voices as one to encounter God afresh.”
