A prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State and France-based businessman,Harrison Olaniyi Alonge(HOA), has warmly welcomed the Governor of Ekiti State,His Excellency, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji,BAO and his deputy, Chief (Mrs) Monisade Afuye to Ikere-Ekiti as part of his statewide grassroots mobilisation tour ahead of the 2026 governorship election.
In a statement released through his media aide Comrade Olawale Ogunyebi, Alonge described Governor Oyebanji’s visit as a strong demonstration of purposeful leadership, people-oriented governance, and commitment to grassroots development across all communities in Ekiti State.
The France-based business mogul commended the governor for his inclusive style of administration, infrastructural development, youth empowerment programmes, and continuous engagement with party faithful and residents at the grassroots level.
According to Alonge, the overwhelming support and reception being accorded to Governor Oyebanji across the state is a reflection of the confidence and trust the people of Ekiti have in his administration and leadership.
He therefore called on residents of Ikere-Ekiti and the entire people of Ekiti State to continue supporting the BAO administration in its efforts to deliver more democratic dividends and sustainable development to the state.
Alonge also reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to the progress of the APC and the re-election of Governor Oyebanji for continuity and greater development in Ekiti State.
