


The Ezendigbo of Yoruba land Eze Dr James Nduka Oramadike has said that he is excited and overwhelmed with joy after being made the grand patron of the Non Indigenes Traditional Council of Ibadan and Oyo state (NITCIOS) and the south west zone.
Eze Oramadike who made this known after he was given the award explained that his joy knew no bound due to the honor bestowed on him by the body led by His Royal Highness Prince Friday Ajofe Okoliko with the support of the Royal highnesses the Ohinoyi of Ebiraland Alhaji Lamidi Aliu Balogun and the Okobaro of Urhobo land Chief Samuel Anigboro and the Chairman of the board of Trustees the Seriki Nsasa of Ibadan land ably represented by Alhaji Yaro among others including the Adi Igede and the leader of Igbo in the body Chief Emmanuel Ndidi Nzeako as well the Obong of Akwa Ibom.
He equally commended the Chairman of the board of Trustees for supporting his candidature as the grand Patron after he was made the Patron of the body in Oyo state just as he had kind words for the media for their role.
“ I thank the media for projecting me positively since I have been made the Ezendigbo of Yoruba land thirty years ago “ he observed “ During all this period they have never instigated trouble or bad blood among the Igbo rather they have been preaching peace and unity of Ndigbo in the south west which is my domain”
“ The media in particular has made it possible to be peace and unity among our people in- spite of the misunderstanding and somewhat lack of unity and cohesion by not revealing the differences between us or instigating fight and physical combat among us” Eze Oramadike noted.
“ I wish to commend the entire NITCIOS members for what they displayed which is support even as I would also urge our host not to relent in their support to us by being a very good host at all times over the years just I wish to thank them for living with us in peace and unity.
