Disobedience to the constitution and lack of unity have been identified as causes of Nigeria’s tribulations .
The Ibadan North Anglican Diocesan Bishop, the Right Rev Williams Oluwarotimi Aladekugbe stated this on Sunday in a sermon at the Cathedral of St. Peter Aremo, Ibadan
According to a release issued and signed by the diocesan communicator, Comrade Ayoade Olugbemiga, the Bishop admonished the congregation to seek and obey the holy spirit who is the comforter, teacher, advocate and the giver of all gifts
Bishop Aladekugbe further stressed that we should have belief in the unity of Nigeria as a nation and within ourselves if truly we want our nation to move forward.
He called on people all over the world to stop rushing for riches, promotion, position but rather wait for their own time as demonstrated by the disciples after the ascension of Jesus Christ when they eventually received holy spirit, ignited and spiritual empowerment and other gifts of life.
