An Alumnus of Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora, (OYSCATECH), Mr Ahmad Adeniyi Sharafudeen who graduated from the institution with distinction in Computer Science in 2018 emerged as the overall best graduating Student at the Bayero University, Kano.
Mr. Ahmad Adeniyi Sharafadeen joined Bayero University, Kano through Direct Entry and was among the graduands that were celebrated at the 38th convocation ceremony of the institution held today, February 28, 2024.
The Rector, Professor Akinola Akinlabi on behalf of the entire Management, Staff and Students of Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora congratulate the institution Alumnus who distinguished himself at Bayero University by graduating with CGPA of 4.94 out of 5.00 points as a first class graduate of the institution.
The Rector noted that his diligence and outstanding performance while studying at the Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora were enough pointers that he will continue to do OYSCATECH proud.
According to Prof. Akinlabi,” we are proud of him and other Alumnus of the institution who are doing us proud in their respective academic pursuit and career.”
The Rector used the occasion to call on OYSCATECH Students to emulate the good examples like Ahmad Adeniyi Sharafadeen and others who have distinguished themselves.
The Alumni President, Comrade Mojeed Anifowose on behalf of the Alumni Association also congratulated and celebrated him.
