CCII lauds Makinde over Olubadan palace

The Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII) under the leadership of BarristerAjeniyi Ajewole has applauded the state Governor Engr Seyi Makinde over his positive stride especially the building of the new Olubadan palace.
Speaking at the Ibadan house venue of (CCII) Ibadan week which includes many programess such as sports and seminars the Vice Chairman of the organizing committee Alaja Ayo Alaga who spoke on behalf of the Chairman Balogun Gafar Ojetola said the Governor is worthy of commendation .
She disclosed that the Governor Engr Makinde had done what seemed impregnable and enigmatic by building an Olubadan palace which had eluded previous administration.
Alhaja Alaga explained that the palace is very befitting for the Olubadan outside being ready for commissioning adding that by so doing the Governor had protrayed himself as a true son of Ibadan land through the build of the which is ready for commissioning.
ā€œ Governor Makinde has done and deserves to be commended and applauded because he has built a palace that is not only habitable but befitting for the Olubadan whether the incoming or the ones that will come thereaftere Cā€ she observed.
ā€œ With this development, the Olubadan will have a befitting palace to live in apart from the fact that the place is one of the most beautiful and modern one compared to the ones we have in the country ā€œ she added.
Alhaja Alaga pointed out the CCII aid very grateful for this gesture by Governor positing that Ibadan indigenes would be proud that they have a Governor that is very responsive and responsible.
