Eid-Fitr, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan, is a time of reflection, gratitude, and celebration for Muslims worldwide. Hon. Joel Oyedokun Oyetunji encourages everyone to embrace and continue on the teachings and lessons of Ramadan, which is one of the 5 pillars of Islam, believing that they will contribute significantly to the progress and harmony of Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole.
In his word; “As we celebrate this auspicious occasion, let us renew our commitment to fostering unity, understanding, and peace within our society. Together, let us strive towards building a society where compassion, tolerance, and respect for one another prevail. i therefore urge all muslim faithful to continue on all that have been learnt throughout, the period of Ramadan fast. May The Almighty accept our fasting as an act of Ibadah.”
He therefore, wishes all muslim throughout the world a joyous and blessed Eid-Fitr celebration.
