The establishment and unique entrant of Hallmark University, Ijebu Itele, Ogun State into the education sector of the country is no doubt a big plus and a laudable development that has continued to shape good characters and contribute immensely to the acedemic excellence of the nation.
Since its establishment on March 1st 2016, the institution with highly distinguished and experienced staff has continued to make positive and remarkable impact in the areas of development with steady progress in admission and intake of students into the University.
The University which operates on International standard since its inception has consistently maintained steady growth, a development which has continued to place the school on higher padestal in the anals of higher institutions in the country and the world.
In his maiden address which marked official opening of the University, the Vice Chancellor Professor Segun Odunola had expressed confidence that the institution will address the high demand in admission challenges facing the young school leaver.
He said, “It is my delight to welcome you to Hallmark University, Ijebu-Itele, Ogun State. The University, established by the Vivian Fowler Trust Foundation and approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria is distinct and unique with excellence and innovation as its bedrock.
“Hallmark University commenced its academic activities on 1st March, 2016 with students admitted into Faculties of Natural and Applied Sciences and Management and Social Sciences.
Situated in a seren and accessible location in the heartbeat of Ijebu Itele in Ogun State, Hallmark University is fully equipped to provide holistic education, intellectual skills, advocacy and social responsibility to its students, such that will prepare them for a greater future.
“We are prepared to extend the frontiers of knowledge by creating a total man full of resourcefulness and ingenuity to be part of social engineering of our nation, Nigeria and the world at large.

The Vice Chancellor reiterated the commitment of the management to demonstrate discipline, hard work, high moral values, and exemplary personal conduct as well as good conscience in the discharge of their duties.

The Vice Chancellor gave an assurance of the ability of the institution to produce graduates of quality character who will be role model to the society and nation in particular.
Hallmark University aside from its Management and Social Sciences courses runs Diploma programmes in film, Theater and Music with City Talents Acedemy and Hallmark University. Some students of the institution who took advantage of the courses testified to the training and skills they have aquired from highly experienced lecturers of the Institution.
The University also offers programmes under the Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences. This faculty focus on subjects like Biochemistry, Chemistry, Computer Science, Information and Communication Technology, Mathematics, Microbiology, and more. These courses are designed to cater for the growing demand for professionals in the fields of science and technology.
