The summit, themed “Bridging the Gap, Uniting Political Strength, and Mobilizing Emerging Leaders for 2027,” is expected to bring together emerging political leaders, party stakeholders, grassroots mobilisers, community influencers and other strategic actors from across Oyo State.

According to the organisers, the Generational Inclusion Pact is designed to demonstrate commitment to youth participation, intergenerational partnership and the creation of greater political opportunities for emerging leaders ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The organisers said the summit would also focus on political reconciliation, stronger grassroots coordination, broader inclusion and mobilisation of support for the APC in Oyo State, as well as efforts towards the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.

The event is expected to attract prominent political and economic figures, including the Executive Chairman of the Nigeria Revenue Service, Dr. Zacch Adedeji, who will serve as Chief Facilitator.

Adedeji is expected to speak on “Fiscal Renewal, Revenue Mobilization, and the Economic Future of Oyo State in the Context of Nigeria’s Progressive National Agenda,” with emphasis on the relationship between political leadership, economic reforms and governance outcomes.

Also expected at the summit is the Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Barau Jibrin, who will serve as Special Guest of Honour.

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Barrister Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, CON, is also scheduled to deliver the keynote address titled “Bridging Political Divides, Building Strategic Alliances, and Mobilizing Oyo State for Progressive Victory in 2027.”

With political activities gradually intensifying ahead of the 2027 elections, the summit is expected to provide a major platform for discussions on the future direction of political leadership in Oyo State.

The planned signing of the Generational Inclusion Pact by Senator Alli is therefore expected to be a major political statement on youth inclusion and intergenerational cooperation, particularly as political parties begin to position themselves for the next electoral contest.

The organisers described the summit as a strategic platform for uniting emerging leaders, strengthening political structures and building alliances capable of influencing the political landscape of Oyo State ahead of 2027.
