The Councillorship Candidate for Isinbode Ward in the forthcoming December 2026 Local Government Election, Hon. Oluwasola Ogunyebi, has congratulated the Governor of Ekiti State, Biodun Oyebanji, on his victory in the just-concluded governorship election.

In a statement made available to journalists, Oluwasola described the governor’s re-election as a clear demonstration of the confidence, trust, and overwhelming support that the people of Ekiti State have continued to repose in his administration and leadership.

He expressed profound appreciation to the electorate of Isinbode Ward, party leaders, stakeholders, youths, women, and residents who came out in large numbers to exercise their civic responsibility and support the All Progressives Congress (APC) during the election.

According to him, the massive turnout and unwavering commitment displayed by the people played a significant role in the party’s resounding success at the polls and further strengthened the democratic process in the state.

Ogunyebi also commended APC leaders and members across the ward for their dedication, unity, and tireless mobilization efforts before and during the election, noting that their collective sacrifices and grassroots engagement were instrumental to the victory recorded by the party.

He urged residents to remain peaceful, law-abiding, and supportive of the government as Governor Oyebanji begins another term in office, emphasizing that sustainable development, peace, and prosperity can only be achieved through unity, cooperation, and active citizen participation.

“On behalf of the good people of Isinbode Ward, I heartily congratulate His Excellency, Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, BAO and his deputy Chief Mrs Monisade Afuye on this well-deserved victory.
