Superintendent of Police (SUP), Kolawole Oladipo has assumes duty as the new Divisional Police Officer ( DPO) , for Saki with a promise to redeem the image of the force and as well work assudiously to see the people of the division sleep with their two eyes closed.
He made the promise on his visit to the Area commander,ACP Usman Thair in his office at Idi,Araba Saki ,oyo state recently.
Welcoming the new DPO,the Area Commander ACP Thair tasked him to redouble efforts at ensuring that the safety of lives and property remains sacrosant promising to work together in maintaining peace among the indigenes and non indigenous in the area.
Speaking to journalists in his office ,SUP Kolawole urged media to associate with police to sensitize the puplic , assuring that he will make use of his wealth of experience to tackle the menace of criminality in the area.
The new DPO hails from Fiditi in Afijio local government area of oyo state. He was enlisted into the Nigeria police after he graduated from the University of Ibada and have worked in many states such as Kastina, Plateau and as well served as personal assistant to CP Tope Longe ,a former Commissioner Of Police in Oyo state.
