A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State and Chief Executive Officer of the Harrison Alonge Foundation, Harrison Olaniyi Alonge (HOA), has commended political leaders, party stakeholders, and the good people of Ekiti State for their overwhelming support for Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji’s second term ambition.
In a statement released through his spokesperson,Comrade Olawale Ogunyebi and made available to the press, Alonge described the growing endorsement and acceptability of Governor Oyebanji as a clear reflection of the confidence reposed in his administration by the people, noting that such unity of purpose is crucial for sustained development in the state.
He praised Ekiti leaders across party lines for putting the interest of the state above personal considerations, stressing that their collective backing demonstrates a shared commitment to continuity, stability, and progress.
Alonge highlighted the governor’s achievements in key sectors including infrastructure, education, agriculture, youth empowerment, and social welfare, stating that these strides have positively impacted the lives of citizens across the state.
According to him, Governor Oyebanji’s inclusive leadership style and people-oriented policies have fostered peace and strengthened governance, making a strong case for continuity beyond the current tenure.
“Ekiti is witnessing steady growth and development under Governor Oyebanji. The massive support from leaders and stakeholders is well deserved and a testament to his performance,” Alonge stated.
The Ikere-Ekiti-born philanthropist further urged residents of the state to sustain their support for the governor, emphasizing that a second term would enable the administration to consolidate on ongoing projects and deliver even greater dividends of democracy.
