‘Insecurity has permeated everywhere in Nigeria’

The Chairman of the 2025 bazaar and harvest committee of St Charles Lwanga Catholic Church, Adeoyo road, of Ring road,Chief Vitalis Okekeigwe has lamented over the insecurity in Nigeria while lauding parishioners of the church for being very supportive during the program .
Chief Okekeigwe also praised the Parish Priest Reverend Father Julius Sangokeye for spiritual and moral support which led to the the success of bazar and harvest.
Speaking at the venue of the bazaar and harvest, Chief Okekeigwe stated that the parishioners of the church cooperated with the committee such that the project became a very successful one which every one including the invited guests were happy about.

He posited that in-spite of the prevailing harsh economic and insecurity climate in the country, members did well such that they need to be appreciated and commended.
The Chairman opined that the parishioners and Nigerians in general should not loose faith as what is happening is the evidence that the almighty God is at work stressing that they should be positive minded as things will work out fine
Chief Okekeigwe who equally commended member of the committee for the hard-work and commitment said the insecurity in the country has taken a toll on how things are adding that Nigerians have to be steadfast and not loose hope regarding the economic and security situation of the nation.

“ The insecurity in the country has permeated evert strata of the nation to the extent that Nigerians are living with fear as they sleep with one eye close “ he stated” many now fear to travel for fear of being kidnapped or abducted or even killed eventually”
