The Provost of the Cathedral of St Peter Anglican  Church,Aremo, Ibadan, Very Rev’d Samuel Kayode Olawoyin has admonished Nigerians to desist from giving the  Nation bad appellations where ever they find themselves.

The message followed his sermon  on Sunday and was contained in the press release, issued and signed by the Ibadan North Anglican Diocesan Communicator, Chief Ayoade Solomon Olugbemiga   

“I charge you all to start calling Nigeria ,” Blessed” so that you can be blessed as individuals, groups, corporate bodies as well as a nation” , the Provost further stressed 

The theme of the service is” Staying focused despite persecution”.

In the nearest future, I see new Nigeria of plenty, a secured nation occupying it’s rightful position in the committee of nations, he prophesized

Taking his texts from the books of Matthew 10:22 and Isaiah 62: 2, Very Revd Olawoyin said for the prophesy of ” New Nigeria” to be fulfilled,we need to sincerely love our country and imbibe the spirit of attitudinal change and stop cursing our dear country but instead begin to call Nigeria good names, miracle will happen, he further assured.
