Maxwell a psychologist explained that the problem of division can be put to bed if Ndigbo at the national level of Ohanaeze Ndigbo worldwide and at various states in Nigeria can follow due process and justice.

He noted that this problem is the reason why there are factions in the national body resulting into a situation where two bodies are working at cross purposes at that level and in many states.

The Ohanaeze Ndigbo staunch man revealed that this problem also dovetailed into Oyo state where there are factions of Ohanaeze replicating the same problem in the state adding that it was high time other factions realize that in the absence of peace which is truth and justice nothing can be achieved in terms of development and growth.

Maxwell therefore enjoined other factions to realize that the truth lies in the fact that the Ohanaeze Ndigbo in Oyo state is the faction which has Chief Ndidi Nzeako as the administrative head and the late Ezendigbo of Ibadan Oyo state Dr Alex Anozie as the traditional head.

He posited that peace and justice would reign among Ohanaeze Ndigbo by the time other factions returned to the late Dr Anozie and Chief Ndidi Nzeako faction which is the first affiliated body of the national body in Oyo state since year 2000 as this is when justice is served and due process followed otherwise peace and growth will continue to be elusive among them.

Maxwell therefore advised other factions to due the needful so that justice would served and engender peace in Oyo state even as he enjoined the faction antagonizing the President Ge of the body Senator Azuta Mbata to desist from doing so by returning to the body instead of creating a division and working at cross purposes.
