It was wild jubilation across the 11 wards of Ibadan North West State Constituency as Hon. Dr. Dawood Akanni Olalere, popularly known as D-Al-Ameen, representing the constituency at the Oyo State House of Assembly distributed cash and material gifts to beneficiaries.
Hon Olalere appreciated the State Governor,Engr Seyi Makinde for all infrastructural projects going on across the State and for the brand new car presented to the lawmakers in the Oyo State House of Assembly.
He therefore, prayed for continued success for the Government of Oyo State just as he appreciated the leadership of his party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and that of the local government Ibadan NorthWest for their support.
While explaining that he has been doing the monthly empowerment scheme since 2002, he encouraged the beneficiaries to make the best out of the opportunity.
The medical laboratory scientist appealed to his supporters and other PDP members to be law abiding and work towards the progress and development of the Party and the constituents.
The empowerment which cuts across the various groups such as, D Al-Ameen ladies, Coordinators, Former Councillors, Leaders, Women,Elders,Youth while he promised to conclude the light up project which he has embarked on with Wards empowerment before the end of his tenure and also continue to empower more and more people of his constituents.

The beneficiaries who were overwhelmed with joy, expressed their gratitude to Hon. D-Al-Ameen for his kindness and generosity.
A beneficiary , Mr Muniru Lawal, who spoke on behalf of others, said; “This is a needed gift at the most needed time. We are grateful to Hon. D-Al-Ameen for his benevolence and thoughtfulness.”
“This gesture by Hon. D-Al-Ameen has further endeared him to his constituents, who have praised him for his commitment to their welfare and well-being.” he said
Prayers were offered for Hon. D-Al-Ameen, wishing him continued success and divine guidance in his Political endeavors.
