The Aare Musulumi of Adamasingba and Environs in Ibadan the Oyo State Capital, Chief (Dr.) Raymond Adeyinka Adewale has urged Muslim faithfuls in the country to seek the face of Almighty Allah for the ailing nation.
Dr. Adewale made the call on the occasion of the 2024 Maolud Nabiyy celebration, saying Nigeria needs serious prayers to achieve stability and national progress.
The Aare Musulumi in a statement said it is very clear and obvious that the wisdom and strength of man alone cannot lead Nigeria out of its present predicament, but with divine intervention, the nation will again achieve stability and national progress.
” While I extend my heartfelt greetings to Muslim faithfuls across the country and beyond as we celebrate the birth of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), let us also remember to put the nation before God in prayer for total cleansing and healing because it is obvious that the nation is at a crossroad.
“We are reminded of his life of humility, mercy, and immense wisdom, and it is a time to reflect on his teachings, which have provided guidance for generations.
“The life of the Prophet (PBUH) was marked by his boundless compassion, unwavering faith, and profound devotion to humanity. He was a beacon of light in times of darkness, a figure who led by example and who, through his sincerity, kindness, and justice, set a standard that transcends time.
“In celebrating his birth, we are reminded of the importance of striving to emulate his virtues in our daily lives—compassion for others, integrity, patience, and selflessness.
Dr. Raymond who is the Chairman and Chief Excecutive Officer, (CEO) Aryfad Travels and Tours Limited urged Muslim faithfuls to imbibe the teachings and discipline of the prophet in their daily living in order to achieve peace coexistence among other people in their respective domain.
He encouraged the people to live in peace and harmony as we continue to chart a course to move the nation forward.
