Oyo State Government has announced Wednesday 21st August, 2024 for the conclusion date for suspended 2024 Basic Education Certificate Examination, BECE.
The Registrar, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Mr Johnson Awodeji on behalf of the Commissioner for Education, Prof. Soliu Adelabu disclosed this today in a Chat with Newsmen.
The Registrar who appreciated the patience and cooperation of education stakeholders, noted that the suspended examination will hold across the state in completion of the 2024 exercise.
It would be recalled that the suspension came as a result of recently concluded nationwide planned protest which commenced on August 1st this year.
