The Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, has congratulated Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, the Honourable Member representing Ibadan North Constituency II, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a committed lawmaker and a dependable voice for his constituents.
