Harrison Alonge Greets Christians, Seeks Prayers and Love as Lent Commences
The Founder of the Harrison Alonge Foundation, Harrison Olaniyi Alonge( HOA), has extended warm greetings to Christians as the sacred season of Lent begins.
In his message released through his media aide Comrade Olawale Ezekiel, Alonge urged Christians to embrace the solemn period as a time of deep reflection, sacrifice, renewal, and strengthened faith in God.
He emphasized that Lent is not only a season of fasting and prayer but also a period to demonstrate love, compassion, and generosity toward one another, especially the less privileged in society.
The Ikere- Ekiti born APC stalwart called on the Christian faithful to pray fervently for Ekiti State and Nigeria at large, seeking divine guidance, peace, unity, and sustainable development across the nation.
Alonge also appealed for continued prayers and support for leaders at all levels, stressing that collective intercession and genuine love for one another remain vital to building a more prosperous and harmonious society.
“As we journey through this Lenten season, may God grant us the grace to grow spiritually, love unconditionally, and serve humanity selflessly,” he stated.
He wished all Christians a spiritually fulfilling and impactful Lenten season.
