The Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Oyo State, Alhaji Yinka Olona, has extended warm congratulations to party faithful, executive members, leaders, and aspirants across Oyo Central, Oyo South, and Oyo North following the successful unveiling of the party’s structures in the three senatorial districts of the state
Recall that the unveiling ceremonies were held in Oyo Central at Moniya in Akinyele Local Government Area, in Oyo South at Foko in Ibadan South-West Local Government Area, and in Oyo North at Iseyin in the Oke-Ogun area of the state.
The events drew a significant turnout of party faithful, including ward, local government and state executive members, as well as party leaders and aspirants from across the three senatorial districts.
In a statement made available to newsmen by the publicity secretary of the party in the state , Barrister Bimpe Adelowo, Olona described the impressive turnout recorded across the districts as a powerful affirmation of unity, loyalty, and collective resolve.
He commended ward executives, local government coordinators, state officers, and aspirants for their dedication and tireless mobilisation efforts, noting that their commitment reflects a party that is disciplined, organized, and steadily gaining momentum.
According to him, the massive participation witnessed at the unveiling ceremonies is a clear indication that the ADC is not only strengthening its grassroots foundation but also positioning itself as a formidable force ahead of the 2027 general elections.
He emphasized that the energy, enthusiasm, and solidarity displayed by members across the three senatorial zones demonstrate that the party is fully prepared to take charge of Oyo State.
The chairman particularly praised the spirit of cooperation among stakeholders, stressing that the success of the unveiling was made possible by unity of purpose and shared belief in the party’s vision.
