The programme, themed, “A  vessel of Honor and Change,” drew hundreds of worshippers from across the United Kingdom, Europe, and other parts of the world for a moment of worship, empowerment, and divine encounter.

From the moment Evangelist (Dr) Aragbaiye stepped onto the stage, dressed elegantly in her usual adorable attire, the hall erupted in excitement. Her presence commanded reverence — not just as a veteran gospel singer, but as an annoited vessel of God whose songs have continued to inspire generations.

With her signature humility, she opened her session with a heartfelt worship song, setting a tone of gratitude that resonated through the congregation. The atmosphere quickly shifted from excitement to solemn worship as hands were lifted, tears flowed, and voices united in praise. Her powerful voice, still as commanding as ever, filled the hall with melodies that drew the hearts of worshippers closer to God.

As she transitioned into some of her classic hits — “like Sioni Ilu Ayo, Ijoba Orun Ku Dede, Mo gbo Ipe Olorun and many others  — the audience could not help but sing along, their voices blending in a beautiful harmony that testified to the timelessness of her music.

Other guests and choir joined her through the performance, and together they rendered a stirring medley that had the entire hall on its feet. Evangelist Aragbaiye’s interaction with the crowd was warm and motherly. Between songs, she took moments to share brief testimonies and words of encouragement, emphasizing faith, perseverance, and total dependence on God.

“When you walk with God faithfully, even your challenges will turn to testimonies,” she declared to thunderous applause. “Every woman here today is not just a wife or mother — you are a vessel of covenant grace. Let your life be a song of praise unto the Lord.”

Her words struck a deep chord with the attendees, many of whom later testified that her ministration had rekindled their faith and inspired them to pursue their divine callings with renewed strength.

The performance was one of the major highlights of the conference, which featured worship sessions, Bible teachings, prayer and intercession.

The audience, comprising both the elderly and younger generations, were visibly moved by Evangelist Aragbaiye’s grace and musical excellence. Many attendees described her ministration as “a divine visitation through song,” while others said it rekindled memories of her early gospel classics that shaped the foundation of Nigerian gospel music.

The event concluded with a powerful closing prayer session, during which Evangelist Aragbaiye led a chorus of worship filling the hall with waves of joy and thanksgiving. The  Women danced in jubilation as the Spirit of God moved mightily among them.

The Women of Covenant 2025 Annual Conference will long be remembered not just for its organization or turnout, but for the spiritual depth that Evangelist Funmi Aragbaiye’s performance brought to it.
