The Oyo State chapter of the Obedient Movement is set to hold it’s maiden conference at the Empowerment Center, Ring Road, Ibadan.
The event, themed “Going Forward 2027,” will bring together key stakeholders, including it’s National Coordinator, Tanko Yunasa and the South West Coordinator ,Hon. Seyi Sowumi among others
Renowned scholar, Professor Francis Egbokhare of the University of Ibadan wiil deliver a keynote address at the event.
According to Ayo Akinyemi, Convener and Oyo State Coordinator of the Movement, the conference is aimed at deliberating and strategizing ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Akinyemi urged Obidients in Oyo State and the Southwest region to unite in preparation for the upcoming elections, emphasizing the importance of a cohesive approach.
