Members of an international spiritual organization in Nigeria, The Aetherius Society (TAS), joined other members all over the world to celebrate the New Earth Year EY62. This was made known in a press release by Rev. Jonathan Nicol, at the end of the celebration program that was held at the society’s Temple, No.27, Olaleke Taiwo Street, Ojodu, Lagos State.
Rev. Nicol who is a Priest and the Organizer of the Western Nigeria Branch of the society described July 8th of every year, since 1964, as a day marked to commemorate an event when the planet Earth was given more energy than she had ever been given since her initial inception as a planet.
“On July 8th, 1964, sixty-two years ago, the Cosmic Masters from this solar system, led by Mars Sector 6, a very great being who is revered throughout the galaxy, performed an event known as the “Primary Initiation” of the Mother Earth.
“Prior to this staggering event, the planet Earth that is a living, breathing beings – just like we are, but much more advanced than us, was allowed to hold up her progress and to hold down the rate of her vibration so that we could continue to live behind her back.
Speaking further, Rev. Nicol explained that the event was to prepare both the Earth and humanity for the many great changes associated with the dawning of the New Age, that were prophesied thousands of years ago in many different traditions.
“We are already in the New Age of Aquarius culminating into an increase in cosmic rays and Ultral Violet radiation bombarding of the surface of the Earth which in anyway is good for the planet but not for humanity in our current state of spiritual backwardness.
He described the occurrence of the natural phenomenon of earthquakes, tidal waves, droughts, fierce winds, hurricanes, floods, etc. as great changes associated with the dawning of the New Age, the severity of which is been determined by the state of world karma which is within our reach.
He appealed to world leaders to always utilize available human and material resources at their disposal for the benefits of the citizenry.
“World leaders have a vast responsibility lying on their shoulders. Not only are they responsible for peaceful co-existence among the citizens but they are directly responsible for the provisions of basic essential needs of the masses.”
While wishing the whole of humanity many prosperous New Earth Year EY62, he reiterate the need for a rise in world consciousness, irrespective of race, religion, or culture for mankind to enjoy the bliss of the golden era upon Earth, when seas shall take their rightful positions.
“Wars and crisis must stop. It matters not what you are or have, what matters is whether we’re spiritually prepared to be able to live in harmony with the highly elevated vibrations of the Mother Earth in the New Age when this shroud of self-imposed limitation will be removed for her true glory to shine forth.” He concluded.
