The Chairman Igbo Traders Association Bodija Ibadan Chief Ogonnaya Nwaezah Nwokoro has said that he is elated over the reunification of all factions of Ndigbo under the Ohanaeze Ndigbo Oyo state branch.
Chief Nwokoro disclosed this in Ibadan recently noting that it shameful in the past to see Ndigbo in factions.
He pointed out that now that the Oyo Igbo Patriots and the Imo State Towns Development Association (ISDTA) and the Igbo Community Development Association (ICDA) have decided to pull resources together and work for the common goal of Ndigbo in Oyo state under the platform of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Oyo state branch, things will begin to work well as there will be peace and unity and progress in the state.
The Chairman of Igbo Traders Association in Bodija posited that it is however painful to see some one who rode on the back of Ndigbo to become the Senior Special Adviser (SSA) to the Governor of Oyo state Engr Seyi Makinde Honorable Innocent Nwosu
