The Oyo State House of Assembly Correspondents has described the leadership of the Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin as exemplary and visionary since the inauguration of the 10th Assembly.
The Chairman of the Correspondent, Comrade Mosope Kehinde made the submission during a visit of members of the Correspondent to celebrate the Speaker at his residence
Mr. Mosope Kehinde, described the Speaker as a role model and responsible leader worthy of emulation by youthful politicians.
He said the House Correspondents acknowledged efforts and contributions of the Speaker and all members of the 10th Oyo State House of Assembly towards moving the state forward.
While congratulating and wishing Rt. Hon. Ogundoyin more feats, Mr Kehinde on behalf of the Correspondents appreciated the Speaker for chosen to be a good leader and model for the youths, not only in Oyo State, but Nigeria as a whole
The chairman prayed God to bless the Speaker with sound health, more strength and wisdom to enable him achieve more success in his endeavors.
Responding, the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, appreciated the gesture by the House Correspondents, saying that it is a call for high dedication and commitment that will take the Assembly and the state to next level.
The Speaker assured the correspondents of better and improved welfare package to complement the support they are giving to him and the House of Assembly generally.
In attendance to celebrate the Speaker are Hon. Babajide Adebayo, Hon. Gbenga Oyekola, Hon. Olorunpoto Rahman, Hon. Yinka OmiKunle, Hon Lekan Abiola and Hon. Sunkanmi Babalola.
Highlight of the occasion was the presentation of birthday gift to the speaker.
