The Executive Chairman, Akinyele Local Government, Honourable Akinwole Ayobami Akinleye has extends his condolences to the family, staffs and the good people of Akinyele Local Government over the demise of the immediate past chairman of the local government, Honourable Taoreed Jimoh Adedigba, whose sudden death occured on Thursday evening 31st October,2024.
Hon Akinleye described the late Adedigba as a democrat, whose indelible impacts on the grassroots developments will not be forgotten by the people.
The council boss stressed that the deceased remains hero in the politics of Akinleye and Oyo state as a whole, as he was a grassroots mobilizer, and always worked for unity and peace of his people, adding that “Adedigba was a well cultured man and his memory will forever linger in our hearts forever”.
Hon Akinleye described Adedigba’s life short but meaningful and his sudden death as painful but admonished all to take solace in Allah who gives and takes at will.
He prayed Allah to the repose of departed Soul,grant the family and children he left behind the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
He admonished everyone to always remember their eternity and touch lives around them positively whenever the opportunity arise.
The council chairman was accomplished to pay a condolence on the deceased’s wives, children and family members by political office holders, the Head of Local Government Administration,Dr.Dele Busari, Departmental Directors,Heads of Unit, NULGE Executives and members of staffs to pay last respect to departed formal council chairman.
