Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde will proceed on leave from Monday August 5, 2024 to Friday, September, 6 2024, Oodua News authoritatively report.
The development was made known by the Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin in a latter from the Executive which he read on the floor of the house on Thursday.
The Governor in the letter transmitted power to his Deputy, Barrister Bayo Lawal to serve as Acting Governor.
He informed that he will resume from vacation on Saturday, September 7, 2024.
