Aare  Musulumi Congratulates Muslims on Hijirah 1446 AH, calls for tolerance, sobber reflection,  harmony with other religions

The Aare Musulumi of Adamasingba and Environs in Ibadan the Oyo State Capital, Dr. Raymond Adeyinka Adewale has admonished Muslim faithfuls in Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole to embrace peaceful co existence and harmony with other religions  in the country.

Dr Raymond gave the admonition at the instance of the 2024  celebration of  Hijirah 1446 AH new calendar year.

Dr. Raymond who is the Chairman, Aryfad Travels and Tours Limited, Ibadan emphasized the relevance of the lessons in Hijirah celebration, to include love, tolerance, sobber reflection, and peacful co existence with other religions in the country 

 “It is very important that Muslim faithfuls observe a day like this in sobber reflection as contained in the tenets of Islam. In a time when many are displaced and facing hardships, the story of the Hijrah inspires us to extend our hands in solidarity and compassion. It calls us to build inclusive communities, where everyone is valued and supported.”

“As we embark on this new year, let us renew our commitment to the principles of justice, mercy, and kindness. May Hijrah 1446 AH bring peace, prosperity, and blessings to all Muslim ummah, and Nigerians in general and may Allah guide us on the path of righteousness.”

While  encapsulating the essence of the Hijrah and its enduring significance, Dr. Raymond explained that the celebrations of Hijrah 1446 AH is not just about marking a date on the calendar; but about honoring a legacy, embracing timeless values, and looking forward to a future built on faith, unity, and compassion

According to him,  Hijrah has a far-reaching spiritual blessings, adding, that it signaled the transition of Islam from a persecuted minority faith to a powerful socio-political force. “

“Hijrah is not just a historical event but a timeless story of resilience, hope, and the transformative power of faith.The story of the Hijrah, with its profound themes of sacrifice, solidarity, and renewal, remained a cornerstone of Ismaic teachings, inspiring generations to come.”
