Senior Special Assistant to Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde on Community Relations, Honourable Tallest Innocent has reiterated his commitment to contribute more to the advancement and progress of the administration of the governor in his efforts to achieve his developmental agendas.
Tallest made the submission while receiving Award of Excellence from the management of Oodua News Newspaper in Ibadan.
According to him, governor Seyi Makinde’s administration stands out as the best in the history of the state, hence his commitment to the development of the administration.
“If you take a cognisance look around the state in terms of developments, you will agree with me that governor Makinde has performed extraordinarily and has also distinguished himself as the best governor in the history of the state with intimidating records of achievements.
“In the area of infrastructures, education, health, agriculture, human and capital development and many others, governor Makinde has distinguished himself as a true leader of the people. His unwavering commitment to the advancement of the people and the state earned him the Modern Oyo State. If you go around the entire state you will marvel at the sight of positive turn around he has done in Oyo State. So, I want to urge the good people of Oyo State to continue to cooperate and support his administration in order to move the state to enviable heights.”
Hon Tallest while thanking the management of Oodua News for the the award, promised to live up to expectations in his new office.
“I was not expecting it, this has shown that some people are out there watching what you do, it is a great honour for me to have been honoured with the award from a reputable media organization like Oodua News Newspaper.”
Speaking earlier, the editor of Oodua News Newspaper, Comrade Richard Thomas said the award presentation followed the observation of the media organization on the unwavering commitment of Hon. Innocent to the administration of governor Seyi Makinde over some time.
