The Fire Brand And Apostolic College will on October 28, elevate no fewer than five men of God into positions of authority just as the wife of the President Bola Ahmed, Senator Remi Tinubu has been urged to talk to her husband about ruling Nigeria in a Godly manner.
Disclosing this in an exclusive chat was the Deputy President of the College,Bishop Samuel Paul Chime who noted that at least 21 men of God are in attendance for the epoch making program where some of them would become Bishop from Pastors, Reverend to Apostles and Apostles to Bishops.
Bishop Chime who is also the Pastor of Christ Virtuous Ministry , Egbeda, Lagos opined that the program is equally about the inauguration and consecration of men of God into offices geared towards giving the society a placement where people hearts will work towards the word of God in theory and in practice besides bringing the fear of God while making them do his will
He decried the non participation of Christains in politics stating that those not doing so are merely deceiving themselves adding that in the book of Hosea chapter 4 verse 6, God said “that my people perish because of lack of knowledge “
The Deputy President of the College said that in the book of Daniel chapter 4 verses 17 to 19, the Bible pointed out that the the most high God rules the kingdom and gives authority to whom he wants.
Bishop Chime posited that God wants Christians to impact his Godly way into the society stressing that they were out to make Christain participate more in governance.
“ When the righteous rules, the people rejoice, but when the wicked is allowed to rule the people will be in anguish” he quoted just as he revealed that Christians are among those who brought Nigeria to where it is through their collaboration with those who did the election that ushered in the present government .
“ Christians betrayed themselves and the believers by not voting or even collaborating to get us where we are through the conduct of the election “ he observed, emphasizing that they are equally part of the problem even as he implored them to change from negative to positives.
While lauding Bishop Emmanuel Ohanekwu for starting the College , he advised the wife of the President of Nigeria to talk more to the husband, Tinubu about the realities of ruling the nation in a divine and Godly manner so that there would be positive change in the country.
