Human and vehicular movements was disrupted on Wednesday in some parts of Ibadan, the Oyo state capital as youths in their hundreds stormed
major streets in the metropolis to demand for justice over the mysterious death of young musician, Ilerioluwa Aloba also known as Mohbad

Recall that the “Justice for Mohbad” protest commenced yesterday in Abeokuta, Ogun State and Lagos to protest the demise of the Nigerian singer

The youths who wore black T-shirts symbolising mourning marched across major streets in the ancient city such as Sango , Bodija , Agodi , Mokola, Gate , Molete , Iwo Road, among others carrying placards with inscriptions like #JusticeForMohbad, chanting solidarity songs

The Speaker of the Oyo state House of Assembly, Rt Honorable Debo Ogundoyin and the state Commissioner of Youth and Sports, Wasilat Adegoke had joined the protests before retiring to attend to other state duties

Mohbad, a former signer of Marlian Records owned by Azeez Faashola, popularly known as Naira Marley died last Tuesday at the age of 27.
